CROR’s Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Home and Community Based-Services (HCBS) is funded by a 5-year, $4,375,000 grant from the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living and Rehabilitation Research. The Center is now in its fourth year.

Rehabilitation Measures Database Infographics
The Rehabilitation Measures Database contains more than 550 measures. Used by clinicians, therapists and doctors, the database receives an average of 5 million views each year. These infographics can help improve understanding of what therapists are measuring and enable patients and their care givers to follow progress. The infographics can be printed and handed out during therapy.

Condition
Characterization and clinical trial of a Variable Friction Shoe, a new paradigm of reduced-constraint locomotor therapy for people exhibiting foot drop due to stroke
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of the Variable Friction shoe on gait in individuals with chronic stroke and foot drop. During each 12-week phase of an AB-BA clinical trial, participants will walk for at least 30-45 minutes per day for at least 5 days per week at home.
