Compliance
We value open lines of communication at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. You are encouraged to report any compliance questions or concerns to our confidential Compliance Hotline (844-621-0572) . The Compliance Hotline is operated by an independent, third-party company and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All calls are answered by a person, and none are recorded or traced (if a caller chooses to remain anonymous, he/she will be provided with a pin number to facilitate follow-up). Once calls are completed, a written report is generated and sent to Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Legal and Compliance team members, who will open investigations.
If you suspect any improper or unethical activity including, but not limited to, violations of law, professional standards of practice or business ethics; breach of patient privacy or confidentiality; inaccurate billing; research misconduct; conflicts of interest; and/or safety events, report it immediately. Rest assured that you will not face retaliation or disciplinary action for reporting something in good faith through any of these channels.
