About Me
Jordan Dann brings over a decade of experience as an educator of diverse learners and pediatric speech-language pathologist. His career spans varied settings, including adolescent psychiatric hospitals, tutoring centers, out-patient clinics, and both elementary and secondary schools. Prior to joining the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, Jordan served pediatric patients in Chicago’s Early Intervention community, where he exceled in consulting families and educational systems in fostering effective communication and learning through engagement and play. Currently, as the manager of the Henry B. Betts LIFE Center, he leverages his passion for integrating research with practical application to create universally accessible content. Jordan co-authored a chapter in the “Clinician’s Guide to Applying, Conducting, and Disseminating Clinical Education Research" and is committed to further contributions to the field through research and publication.
