Improve dynamic lateral balance of humans with spinal cord injury

Objective

This study is investigating gait training techniques that could help people with a spinal cord injury walk faster, reduce fall risk, and improve their functional balance.

Who Can Participate

SCI>1 year, ASIA C or D, independent walking with or without assistive device, no brace or AFOs, Gait speed .2m/s to 1.0m/s

Compensation

$40 for testing, $10 for 1 hour sessions, extra compensation if traveling>15 miles
