About Me

Since 2008, Sarah Babula has directed Pathways.org, the leading resource in early detection and intervention tools that maximize children's motor, sensory and communication development. Pathways.org was founded by Pat and Shirley Ryan more than 30 years ago and joined hands with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab upon opening in March 2017.

Sarah brings a diverse set of skills and understanding to her role. Her leadership guides day-to-day operations and strategy for educational initiatives, ensuring Pathways.org stays true to its mission of helping all children reach their fullest potential. Under Sarah’s direction, Pathways.org content is viewed by more than 30,000 each day.

Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Knox College and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to her work at Pathways.org, she worked in business-to-business strategy consulting for more than 25 years.
