About Me
Meaghan Rubsam PT, DPT, PCS is a pediatric physical therapist whose passion is to improve the participation and function of children with neuromotor disorders. Meaghan currently works as both a Master Physical Therapist in Outpatient Pediatrics and a Research Physical Therapist on Project Corbett at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Meaghan’s physical therapy special interests include pediatrics, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, neurologic and neuromuscular rehabilitation, and gait analysis. She is pursuing her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her research interests in both settings include prescription of evidence-based interventions and implementation of intensive programs for children with neuromotor disorders. Meaghan teaches in an adjunct capacity at local physical therapy doctoral programs and has presented at local and national conferences regarding her work.
