About Me

Before transitioning into her role as an admission liaison, Jen worked as a speech-language pathologist for over six years in various hospitals across levels of care including acute care, outpatient, acute rehabilitation and Day Rehabilitation at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab's alliance site, Ascension Alexian Brothers Rehabilitation Hospital. She has also participated in research while practicing as a clinician. Jen enjoys being able to apply her clinical skills and knowledge of the acute rehabilitation setting to facilitate safe and smooth transitions for patients to the next level of care. She greatly enjoys playing a part in helping patients access the exceptional level of care and resources at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Jen grew up in the Chicagoland area and currently resides in Chicago.
