Elizabeth Abraham, RN, BSN, MHA, CRRN

About Me

Liz Abraham joined the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab team in 2006 as a floor nurse at the organization’s partner, Amita Alexian Brothers Rehabilitation Hospital in Elk Grove Village, Ill. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) and also holds a Masters of Health Administration (MHA) degree. Over the past 15 years, Liz has served in several capacities — from floor nurse to Admissions Liaison, her current role.

During her years with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, she has developed a deep knowledge of the administrative aspects of providing rehabilitation services, as well as how best to center all services around the patient’s unique needs. She loves talking directly with patients and families and guiding them through their rehabilitation journeys — skills that are inherent in her compassionate and caring nature. Liz lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and three daughters.
