The 40 doctors in the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Medical Residency program — the clinical training home of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine’s Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) — are on a four-year journey in which they serve as integral members of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab team and gain on-the-job training and qualify for the next phase of their careers.
