Carolyn Ostrowski, PTA

Carolyn has been a practicing Physical Therapist Assistant for over 25 years. She graduated from the University of Evansville in 1992 with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. The majority of her clinical background has focused on inpatient rehab, acute care and outpatient orthopedics. She is also am a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.
