The aim of this project is to develop and test a set of HCBS outcome measures. The measures will focus on non-medical person-centered domains of life that are important to people receiving HCBS.
As a first step, we will review current quality measures and measure sets that address the personal experiences of people with disabilities receive HCBS in order to identify person-centered, non-medical outcome measures for further testing and research. The review will address a range of populations. Next, we will conduct the necessary testing in order to identify outcome measures and measure sets for further consideration and intervention testing.
