Congratulations to our Director, Levi Hargrove, PhD, on being named a “Hero of Medicine” by the Halo Awards. Dr. Hargrove – who will be honored for his work in developing an open-source platform for bionic limbs – will receive the award on Saturday, October 12. The Halo Awards, now in its second year, celebrates “scientists for their tireless pursuit of cures and treatments that help people live better lives.”
