A daily meditation practice has proven beneficial for pain management, stress reduction, memory improvement, controlling anxiety, increased gray brain matter, intuition, flexibility, resilience, and empathy. According to the National Institute of Health, there are numerous health benefits, some of which include controlling addictions and managing stress health disorders. Recent years have shown an increase of meditation for health benefits. Just like any habit or exercise you implement, you must set aside daily time and stick to it to receive the full rewards of finding your beautiful accepted self-inside and out.
