People usually return to the supplier who sold them the wheelchair if their chair needs repairs or modifications. Typically, there is a sticker with the supplier’s name and phone number somewhere on the frame of the wheelchair.
However, if the individual is no longer living near the supplier, he or she can call any of the suppliers listed below. They serve Chicago and the outlying suburbs.
