United Spinal Association Illinois Chapter
United Spinal Association Illinois Chapter is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing information and support resources for people paralyzed by trauma and medical conditions, family members, and health care and related professionals that serve the SCI community. Their office is located in Palos Heights, IL, a suburb of Chicago, but serves the entire state. Equipment donations: Members are contacted by email when donated equipment is offered. Anyone interested is put in touch with donors who determine who will receive items. Most things are given on a first come first served basis. Donations can include wheelchairs, hospital beds, supplies, etc.
