Online Resource Assistance
Body
Anyone seeking information on living with a condition affecting ability may make a LIFE Center Resource Request. You will be put in touch with one of our knowledgeable staff, including nurses, rehabilitation professionals and medical librarians, who will curate information and personally respond to your request.
In addition to its circulating library of books and digital materials, the LIFE Center also has access to a myriad of medical databases to help research requests. The LIFE Center's resource assistance is available to anyone. You need not be a Shirley Ryan AbilityLab patient to make a request.
Andrew Wahl, MSLS, is the LIFE Center Medical Librarian and is available for assisting SRALab staff with literature search requests, article/document retrieval, and for providing 1:1 training for both internal and external database sources.
Please feel free to connect with Drew via email awahl@sralab.org

Former patients, families and caregivers representing many medical conditions form a team of mentors who share their lived experiences to support current patients, families and caregivers.
