About Me

Taylor Bos, PhD is a psychologist providing inpatient assessment and therapy services at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. He currently provides individual therapy and caregiver support primarily for patients with non-traumatic brain injuries. He also provides teaching and supervision to psychology trainees in the hospital.

Dr. Bos completed his training at the SDSU/UC San Diego Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology prior to moving to Chicago to continue his training at Rush University Medical Center. There, he completed in pre-doctoral clinical internship and an APA accredited postdoctoral fellowship in Rehabilitation Psychology. Clinically, he specializes in providing psychological services to patients coping with acute and chronic medical injuries or illness throughout their rehabilitation. 

Dr. Bos has conducted research in several areas including the impact of caregiver stress on cardiovascular health, psychometric validation, and the health impacts of insomnia and circadian rhythms.
