Shari Marchbanks, PT, DPT, NCS

About Me

Shari Marchbanks is the Clinical Manager of Neurologic Outpatient Therapy at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She has a deep commitment to helping individuals of all abilities achieve their goals. Shari manages a team of occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech language pathologists. She has presented at both local and national conferences and enjoys mentoring in the Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency program at Northwestern University. 

Before becoming Clinical Manager, Shari managed our Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder (PDMD) Program here at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and, prior to that, worked in the inpatient rehabilitation setting. Before moving to Chicago, Shari was a faculty member at University of Southern California in the Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy.
