About Me

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), Nicholette Andrews is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) whose function is to provide safe, high-quality, cost-effective care that improves both the health of populations and patient outcomes. She provides diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients. She provides expertise and support to nurses caring for patients at the bedside, helps drive practice change throughout the organization, and ensures the use of best practice and evidence-based care to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Nicholette is a clinical practice expert, an educator, a researcher, a leader and a consultant who influences the three spheres of practice: patient care, nursing, and systems.
