About Me

Dr. Dominguez Saldana has been a practicing physical therapist clinician since 2011. Her passion for helping others stemmed from her younger sibling receiving rehabilitative care in their childhood. She pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Illinois University, where she completed her Bachelor in Science and a Masters in Physical Therapy as an academic scholar and recipient of a full academic scholarship. 

Throughout her career, she has gained management experience, obtained a board-certified clinical specialty in orthopedic physical therapy in 2023, and completed Northwestern University's Fellowship in Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy Practice, and Research in Education in 2024. 

Her treatment specialties include the spine, hip and shoulder. She is an avid volunteer in adaptive sailing through the Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing Foundation. She is also a volunteer wrestling coach through Beat the Streets Organization in Chicago, IL.
